Note: The lead from the power brick to the DC plug will cause a 0.4V~0.6V voltage drop, hence we set the screen displayed voltage to between 9.5V~36.5V. This adjustment ensures your device receives the correct output of 9V~36V voltage. Therefore, we specify the power supply’s voltage range as 9V~36V instead of 9.5V~36.5V.
Warning: The 17.cm short black power cable functions as a reverse polarity converter, not an extension wire. It is designed to switch the original polarity of the power supply’s output port (reversing the internal positive pole to negative, and the outer negative pole to positive). Please check the polarity of your devices’ power port before usage. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it may result in a short circuit and damage your appliance.
Instructions for Selecting an Appropriate Adapter:
1. Verify Voltage Locate the specifications label on your device to confirm the operational voltage. It should fall within 9V~36V DC, not less than 9V or exceed 36V DC; otherwise, your device may become inoperative or sustain damage.
2. Verify Current Assess the maximum current your device may draw. It should equal or be lower than 4A, such as 500mA, 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A; otherwise, your device may not function optimally, and the power supply may fail quickly.
3. Verify Plugs Examine the power input port of your device. The power supply comes with 14 commonly used DC tips. Confirm whether they are compatible with your device prior to purchase. If unsure, measure with a ruler.
4. Verify Original PS If you have an original power supply for guidance, ensure their output voltage, plug size, and polarity are identical. If the current of our power supply is equal to or greater than that of the original, then it will function effectively with your device.
