The Procedure for Configuring The Remote Control
A. Automatic digital search for the compatible type
Power on the air conditioner manually, and align the remote control with the air conditioner’s receiver window. Hold the “SET” button for 6 seconds until the type code changes (+1), which sets it to fast search mode for compatible types. Monitor the status of your air conditioner and press the “OK” button to conclude the searching when the air conditioner operates automatically. Verify the functionality of the buttons to ensure they are operational (excluding TEMP+, TEMP-, TIME ON, TIME OFF, SET buttons). Press the “OK” button to finalize if there are no issues and the code is effective. If not, press the “SET” button to continue searching.
B. Brand specific fast search
Power on the air conditioner manually, and align the remote control with the air conditioner’s receiver window. Long press the CODE button until the air conditioner starts running automatically with a ticking sound, then release the button, and the configuration is complete.
C. Manual code search
Power on the air conditioner manually, and align the remote control with the air conditioner’s receiver window. Hold the “SET” button for approximately 3 seconds until the type code flickers in the display, then press the “TEMP+” button once. Check the air conditioner’s status and press the “OK” button to finish the search when the air conditioner begins operating automatically.
D. Manual code entry
Power on the air conditioner manually, determine the type of your air conditioner and the initial code from the code table. For example, using HAIER as a reference. Hold the “SET” button for roughly 3 seconds until the type code flickers in the display, then press the “TEMP+” button until the desired code appears and flashes in the display; the air conditioner will activate if the code is correct. Press the “OK” button to stop the flickering of the type code. Ensure that the buttons on the remote control are functioning properly for successful setup. If there are issues, repeat steps 2-3.
FAST COOLING, FAST HEATING button
Pressing the “FAST COOL” button will adjust the air conditioner to cooling mode, setting the temperature at 21°C, strong airflow, with automatic direction.
By pressing the “FAST HEAT” button, the air conditioner will switch to heating mode, setting the temperature at 27°C, strong airflow, with automatic direction.
NOTE: In heating mode, pressing the “E A HEATing” button will initiate the electric heating function. This function is compatible with certain models.
TIME ON / OFF function
Furnished with the original remote control timing feature, the timing indicator light of the air conditioner will illuminate after pressing the “TIME ON” or “TIME OFF” button, indicating that the air conditioner is operating in the timing mode.
LED Torch
Press and hold the “Light” button to turn on the LED lamp, and release it to turn it off.
With the LED lamp, it becomes simple to utilize in low light conditions. The spacious LCD screen makes it convenient to set and use.
Set the CLOCK function
Press the “CLOCK” button (for approximately 3 seconds) to enter clock setting mode; the clock will start blinking. Modify the time by pressing the “TEMP+” and “TEMP-” buttons. Press the “CLOCK” button once more to exit.
