RM4mini functions as an IR smart remote, incompatible with RF (Radio Frequency). If you desire to manage RF devices, please opt for our RM4 pro. For any issues regarding the IR hub connection, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
【NOTE】: There must be no obstacles between the devices and RM4 mini during use. IR signal cannot be transmitted through barriers; Ensure your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network prior to adding the device (5GHz is unsupported); The Wi-Fi password should not exceed 32 characters and should contain no special symbols; Mesh networks are incompatible; It cannot work with Bluetooth remote control devices.
