Before utilizing the scrubber, make sure the battery is completely charged. The battery might have been compromised during prolonged transport; if you face this issue, please reach out to the SELLER for assistance. Due to the scrubber’s rapid rotation and powerful nature, it is designed to be heavier than a standard scrubber (Total 3.35 pounds). When using Max mode, hold the scrubber handle with both hands.
1. If you press the scrubber with excessive force and it becomes inoperative (Battery life protection mode), disconnect the battery from the scrubber, then reconnect the battery and power it on again.
2. The scrubber battery may not be charging. When the charger indicator is red, the battery is being charged. When the indicator is green, the battery is fully charged. Please note: Battery display only indicates battery condition; it does not illuminate during charging.
3. If any accessory is incorrectly attached and fails to operate, ensure you install the scrubber according to the provided instructions, following the outlined steps.
Note: For tough stains, immerse the scrubber in cleaning solution for 2-3 minutes before intensive cleaning with the scrubbing brush. Avoid applying heavy pressure on the 1200 RPM Scrubber as it may activate the automatic power-off safety feature. If your scrubber reads 50% after shutting down suddenly, it is in battery protection mode; disconnect and reconnect the battery, then turn on the scrubber again to reset to 100% power.
4. When changing the scrubber brush head, please remove the brush head directly without turning or unscrewing it.
5. Should the cleaning brush head become misshapen after use, immerse it in hot water to restore its original form. This material is made of very pliable plastic.
