Attaching the Hinge on the Door
Employing a 1-2/5″ (35mm) boring bit, create a 1/2″ (12.7mm) deep cavity for the hinge cup. Note: Avoid drilling through the door. Drill 1/16″ (1.5mm) pilot holes for the hinge screws. Insert the hinge into the cavity and secure it with flat-head wood screws.
Mounting the Door to the Cabinet
Fully open the hinge to its maximum extension. Place the door against the side panel, ensuring appropriate alignment. Securely tighten the screws to attach the hinge to the cabinet, adhering to the specified locations.
Refinement with 3D Adjustment
Ensure effortless operation and perform any needed modifications:
Modify horizontal placement (Side to Side) using Screw A (±2mm).Alter depth (In & Out) through Screw B (±3mm).Change vertical placement (Up & Down) via Screw C (±2mm).
