Regarding the key:
For security, the key is randomly generated, making it extremely challenging to replicate the keys. We advise against keeping two keys together. If the key is lost, simply remove the old lock and acquire a new one, which might be more economical than duplicating the missing keys.
Important reminders:
1: Keys are not able to be duplicated. Each handle has a unique key.
2: If you purchase multiple locks, they will not open one another.
3: Not compatible with garage doors thinner than 1-3/8” or thicker than 2”.
4: The central hole and the left and right holes on the garage door are adequately sized for a 5/16″ opening.
5: This is a non-original aftermarket product, so please verify that the mounting post distance is approximately 1-1/2” for compatibility with your door.

Two sets of screws:

Functionality: The key is turned clockwise by 90 degrees, allowing the handle to rotate clockwise by 90 degrees to unlock.
