Rated at 50 micron. Whole House Spin Down Sediment Water Filter. Excellent frontline water filter in whole house water filtration systems, shielding your complete plumbing from sediment, rust, dirt, sand, and substantial particles. NOTE: Screens rated at 50 or 100 microns may become blocked rather quickly for water with high sediment concentrations. Reach out to us for screen replacements in varying sizes.
Flushable and Reusable. Alleviate the significant strain on finer filters that follow it; unlike traditional sediment filters, frequent flushing maintains the WSP’s effectiveness under control. WSP series can be utilized for wastewater treatment by spinning down the sediment.
Robust Whole House Spin Down Sediment Water Filtration. Sturdy lead-free brass machine head fitted with a stainless steel mesh filter screen that typically lasts 1 – 2 years.
Simple installation with double threads. 1-inch MNPT and 3/4 inch FNPT on both ends, garden hose barb fitting on the flush out valve. Transparent housing allows for easy visual monitoring.
Indoor suitable. Operating range of 40 – 100°F, 15 -115 psi and for indoor use exclusively. Pressure loss or frequent clogging may result from large particles. Should the pollutants in your water be too numerous or oversized, we advise selecting a larger micron filter or a larger spin down sediment water filtration system, such as our WSP50B series and WSP50J series.
