Installation guide for high torque wall clock mechanism
Steps for Installation:
1.Position rubber pad onto shaft.
2.Punch shaft through the hole in the clock surface
3.Punch shaft through the clock dial (if suitable).
4.Place dial plate washer onto shaft.
5.Attach dial fastening hex nut.
6.Align pressing fixed hour hand (Point at 12 o’clock).
7.Align pressing fixed minute hand. (Point at 12 o’clock).
8. Gently secure minute nut in place. (Proceed to the next step without this accessory).
9.Attach second hand in place (Point at 12 o’clock).
Our clock mechanism comprises sturdy plastic and aluminum.
This item is lightweight, however, please take into account that aluminum may bend under excess stress.
During installation, kindly refrain from exerting excessive pressure with your hands.
Operated by 1.5 V AA battery (not included).
Shaft length measures 28mm (1.1inch), while thread length is 15.5mm (0.61inch), making it suitable for clock panel thickness of 9 – 13mm (0.35 – 0.51inch).
Please ensure to verify size and confirm it corresponds with your hands prior to purchase.
Ensure that the hour hand and minute hand remain level during installation.
If they are not parallel, it may influence the precision of the clock’s functionality.
